July 30th, 2012. How awesome and inspiring is the Olympics? I’d love to be an Olympic athlete. I used to run the 100 metres from when I was 12 until when I was in high school, I loved it and I was actually pretty fast, too. The problem was that I kept falling in my races, however, when I didn’t fall, I usually won. Anyways, in the first year of high school there was an inter-house athletics meeting. I was running the 100 metres, I was winning …then BOOM, I was flat on my face infront of the WHOLE school. I didn’t run for 3 years because I was mortified (looking back now, how stupid was that? This is why I enjoy getting older- stupidity makes itself known quick). Anyways, I decided to give the 100 metres one more shot and I won! This is the trophy from that win.
A Watercolour a Day
I am curious to see what a year of my life looks like in 365 (366? is 2012 a leap year?) watercolours. And so! I embark on this journey to paint a watercolour a day for every day of 2012, starting January 1st, 2012.
