October 19th, 2012. I saw Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy at the AGO today! WHAT?! I know, right? I was OBSESSED with Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo and Juliet when I was a teenager. I used to watch it like three times a week back then, it was such a comfort. To this day, I can recite the entire movie (and sing every song on the soundtrack) off by heart. The fish tank scene is just magical and all I could do was paint the fish in that tank and dedicate this watercolour to the teenage me (you’re going to be okay teenage Carla).
